About Me
Hi, my name is Josh Cuizon. I am a student at the University of Technology Sydney. I major in Finance, sub-majoring in Marketing. My goal is to educate everyone about the investment world in a simple way, and to provide equity research investments reports on possible investments.
From the age of 16, I have first discovered about the stock market and was fascinated by it. Then I bought and read my first book which was titled "Share Investing for Dummies". From there on, I researched and bought other investment books which led me to discover other successful investors. Some of my favourite examples would be Warren Buffett, Peter Lynch, Benjamin Graham and many more from the value investing world. My philosophy for investing is greatly influenced by the principles of value investing.
Now throughout the years, I have accumulated and read at least over 100 books on different topics (majority of them being related to world of investments, and made notes for myself. I also have a few years of investing my money personally in the stock markets and have discovered many new things, as well as making many mistakes. But from making these mistakes and losses, I have reflected on them and it had bought tremendous value to my learning which led me to become wiser for my future investments.
My goal is to share my knowledge from these mentors and from my personal investing experience. I hope it would help you become a better investor and to beat the market average return (which is around 8-10%). Lastly, I would like to show equity investments joined with my analysis that could beat the market average that are high risk, yet with great expected returns.
